Podoyo terms of use
These are the terms you agree to when you use Podoyo. Podoyo is made by GCD Software LLC, a company registered in the United States.

Your account
You need an account, and you must be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app, and deletion cannot be undone.
The programs
Programs are generated by AI from the request you write. They are made for you, and you may listen to them, keep them, and share them with the share link in the app.
Programs are built from web sources found at the moment they are made, and where we found sources we show them to you. Some segments have none and are written from the model's own knowledge. AI can be wrong or out of date either way. Do not rely on a program for news, money, health, legal, or safety decisions, and check anything that matters against the source.
Music in the breaks is instrumental music we generate. On iPhone you can instead choose Apple Music, which plays from your own subscription under Apple's terms.
What you may not do
Do not use Podoyo to generate content that is unlawful, that harasses or defames someone, or that impersonates a real person. Do not resell the service, do not try to extract our prompts or models, and do not use automated means to create accounts or programs in bulk.
Free tier, Premium, and minute packs
The free tier includes a monthly allowance of talk minutes (the spoken part of your programs; music does not count), a daily number of programs, and a maximum program length. The current numbers and what is left this month are shown in the app. The free tier shows ads and may include sponsored programs, always marked as such.
Premium is a subscription that raises the allowance, allows longer programs, and removes ads. You buy it in the app: tap the account icon at the top of the home screen, then "Go Premium"; the same screen offers minute packs. Until Premium goes on sale, that screen shows sample prices and purchases are switched off. Minute packs are one-time purchases that add talk minutes; they do not expire and are used after the monthly allowance. Prices are shown in the app and in the store, and a launch price may change for new subscribers; existing subscriptions are not raised without notice.
Premium and minute packs are bought through the App Store or Google Play under that store's rules. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; cancel it in the store's subscription settings. Refunds follow the store's policy. The App Store sale is governed by Apple's standard end-user license agreement at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Availability
Podoyo is in testing. We may change it, interrupt it, or stop it. We do not promise it will always be available, and features, allowances, and prices can change; we tell you in the app about changes that matter.
The script and the audio of a generated program are deleted seven days after the program is made. The program stays in your history, with its title, date, length, list of parts, and the request you wrote, until you delete your account. A share link lives 30 days from the day you create it. Keep nothing important only inside Podoyo, because the audio does not stay.
Liability
Podoyo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. GCD Software LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on a generated program. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GCD Software LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
